Great sports bra for those who need extra support. Make sure to get your own size. I’m normally a Medium but because I’m a breastfeeding mom I decided to get a large to make sure it is not too tight but it got aLittle big for high intensity workouts even though it is very comfortable. A medium would have been just fine. The front zíper is so convenient for those with big bosome
