Based on our own experience, we found this napkin holder to be quite disappointing. It may appear sleek and modern but the functionality does not meet our expectations. The wooden material is not durable and the holder easily topples over making it a hazard in a busy dining establishment. Despite its attractive appearance, we regretfully cannot recommend it..
