I was very disappointed when I opened up this package and smelled the blends. I purchase essential oil blends frequently and am familiar with the specific oils mentioned in the description, but these were quite unpleasant. I decided to give the least offensive one a try, figuring it might be different in the diffuser. And I was right, but unfortunately it was not different in a good way.It was difficult to get the drops out of the bottle (I only wish I hadn't been so persistent). I had to shake the bottle very hard to get them out, which caused drops to land on the furniture and my clothing instead of in the diffuser. I finally got a few drops into the diffuser and started it. I returned to the room a few minutes later and was blown away by the cloying cheap cologne smell that was permeating the room. I dumped out the diffuser, scrubbed it thoroughly with soap, replaced the water and added one of my old oils to the diffuser to try to improve the smell. An hour later, the original smell was still just as strong--much stronger than the other oil I had tried to use to replace it. I cleaned the furniture again where the drops had spilled, and re-washed my hands. I still couldn't get the smell off my hands. When I went to bed a few hours later, the smell was still there, and it actually even woke me up a few times during the night. I have never experienced anything like it. I looked at the insert to see the list of ingredients, and instead of 100% essential oils as is indicated in the description, it said that the "main" ingredients were fruit oils and extracts. So maybe 100% essential oils actually means that the ingredients include 100% essential oils mixed with horrible chemical fragrances? I don't know, but these blends do not smell or act anything like essential oils I have used in the past.
