A must have! I do a lot of troubleshooting on my own equipment. Most recently, my utility trailer's lights stopped working. I examined the wiring harness and all of the connections appeared to be good but I still had no lights! On a whim, I cut all of the wires where the current connection was connected by a wirenut and wrapped in electrical tape. I used my new connectors to reconnect the wires and everything started working again! The connect is VERY solid and also waterproof! The only thing to remember is that you must use a heat gun and not a lighter or torch. Be sure to hold the heat gun about 1 ½ to 2 inches from the connection. You might have to hold it a little closer for a few seconds to make sure the solder melts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product!
