Very short life with any type of battery. I was only using one for underneath my kitchen cabinets so I could make coffee without the big lights needing to be on. They drain the life right out of the battery within about a week.**UPDATE** The seller contacted me immediately upon posting my review and offered to help. They sent me a different version of a light they sell at no cost to me. SOAIY Smart Dawn to Dusk On / Off Sensor Plug In LED Night Light with Offset Prong , Wall Light for Kids Room, Hallway, Bathroom, Stairs, Warm White, Pack of 4 I really wanted battery as the spot I needed them for doesn't have a convenient outlet but with a bit of rearranging I plugged one in and it works just fine. I can now make coffee early in the morning without having to turn on the overhead light. As there w
