I’m 5’8” 160 lbs with 29” waist and 40” chest for guys who are trying to get fitted. The medium size vest shoulder area is fine but the waist area is a bit big for me. This is how it is for me when buying tops though. Other than that it fits fine.I used a 20K battery and it stays on for hours no issues. The warmth it provides isn’t super hot. Wish more of the chest and back was heated. You’ll need a jacket or sweater over this to keep the heat in. It is a bit more stylish than others and the price was right so I pulled the trigger. Haven’t tried to wash it yet but should be fine in the washer with a delicates bag on the hand wash cycle.Note this doesn’t come with a battery and you’ll have to provide your own.I haven’t used it that often but got it in case we go snow boarding. I have Raynaud syndrome and have to keep my body warm. I think this would help. Now I just need heated gloves and boots.Hope this helps.
