Great for a beach vacation for my 8 and 11 year old boys. Very hard to find a sun hat like this for their age group, everyone is catering to smaller children, babies and toddlers. Not thrilled with the color section as the black and navy had been sold out for months so I got orange and yellow after neither of them will wear white. Please offer these hats in more colors like tan or maybe a blue camo and other basic colors that older kids will want to wear. The only other options were girly and babyish pastels. I love the toggle fit around their head and the chin strap although the breakaway feature for the chin strap breaks away to easily but perhaps thats for baby safety. I‘d perfer more of a hook and loop so it will stay secure but still be removable. Please make more sun safe items like this for older kids, there is nothing else out there for that age group!
