Light therapy itself is a life changer. If you're reading reviews for a therapy light you already know that they're proven to improve energy and mood, esp in winter months. I've been using a light box for decades, from September through April because I need the help. This light is very good. Can't compare it to others because I haven't done a side-by-side test. But I've used this Day Light for over a year and love it.That said, the stand for this box is so bulky, and lacks the adjustment features I want.So I mounted the light to a computer monitor/TV arm. The light unit has the same four-screw plate that a TV or computer monitor does, so a monitor arm attaches normally. Now I can adjust the light through a fuller range left and right, tilting up and down, to move the light box as necessary while I read and work. The stand that comes with the light goes up and down, but no tilt and no lateral rotation. And huge footprint (for safety)(No links because I'm not selling anything and I don't care which type of monitor arm you get. I just want you to use your light box as much as you need, and monitor arm helped me use mine more effectively.)
