Call me an idiot, but no matter what I did and how hard I pressed, I couldn't get this case to fit around the phone. I thought maybe the rubber would come off of the plastic to make it easier, but it is inseparable. I also put a screen protector on the ultra first and this case crinkled and uprooted it when trying to squeeze the phone into it. I took a chance on this case because it was cheap and one of the only ones that would ship in time (prime delivery during Covid-19 pandemic), and it failed me. I should have bought the disgusting flowery one to protect my precious, over-priced, technologic, baby from my butter fingers and fat ass.Update: I am indeed stupid. Instead of the rubber coming off of the back and the hard piece fitting over the phone then putting the rubber back on, there is a thin plastic retainer you have to take out of the front side of the case. Then the phone goes into the backing and you can put the retainer back in to secure the phone. The case itself seems alright for being cheap and one of the only available ones on the market. I replaced my original rating of 1 star with a 4 star rating. The reason for the 4 star rating is lack of instructions that come with it. There weren't any at all. This led to confusion on how to install it on the phone. I finally realized that I might be able to figure it out by looking at the pictures on amazon. This is the first phone case I've had that has installed like this, so I feel my ignorance is warranted.
