We operate a very busy bathroom remodeling company, this is a beautiful product that is well built and we use it OFTEN for our freestanding tubs. It has been reliable as has Fapully in regards to response time and customer service. The tub-filler itself rivals the sleek looks of the Kohler, Delta & Moen fillers but sells at a fraction of the cost and, in some cases, better quality internal parts. Highly recommend this product.
