Cute but turtle neck section did not fit properly

The neck portion ran really really small on this. My three pound puppy could not breath with the turtle neck on( which I found out after I took it off her after a min) . I cut the turtle neck off and it fit her fine. It is cute. It is just pretty small.

It unstitched under the arm.

Минусы

Was way too small for my Shih Tzu and came with a hole in it. Need to return
