The best way to truss a chicken
I've been using twine forever until I found this silicon twine, very easy to wrap and lock right in place, Just like a wire tie for food, what a great idea, something I can use again and again. So much cleaner than the dusty twine in the cabinet. Now I can truss my chicken flat out with ease. I will try on stuffed flank steak next.
- Easy to use and cleans up in the dishwasher
- The cooking twine may not be as versatile as other kitchen tools, limiting its use
