I drive for a national carrier. I was assigned a new truck in early April. Within thirty days, the PrePass device detached from the windshield and I tried to find some double-stick that would hold better than what had been used for the initial installation. I tried a more-well known national brand and that held for a little while, but eventually the hot and then cold cycles eventually overcame the adhesion capabilities and the device again detached from the windshield. I then ordered this XFasten Extreme product from revain to attach the PrePass device to the windshield, and nearly two months later, it's still holding firmly and appears that it will continue to hold.I'm pleased and satisfied and can strongly recommend this tape for use in an extreme application where a somewhat heavy plastic item must be attached to glass.
