These shoes are very comfortable and light weight. I need special insert for my work shoes and did not need to use them in these shoes! My feet will normally start getting sore from "normal” walking shoes and I can wear these all day with very minimal discomfort if any. I recommend and will definitely buy another pair. The only thing that bothers me is that the insole does move around and needs to be adjusted and when I take them off the whole insole comes out too otherwise it’s a great buy!
