This one is comfortable, stays warm for the requisite 5 minutes and is comfortable resting against my eye.The strap is plenty large for my big melon, it holds the compress in place while I lay back and let the warmth sink in.Made my eye lump feel better right away. They take a long time to go away for me but this thing helps more than others I’ve tried.
