These are fantastic. I purchased these to run in the Chicago Spartan Super 2015. They stayed up the entire time. I completely forgot that I was wearing them. My legs felt fresh for all 8 miles and 25+ obstacles. My friends I ran with said their legs were super sore and even started cramping during the race, but they weren't wearing these compression socks. They fit just as i expected them to. So if you are unsure of your size, get whatever size is recommended for your shoe size. I was in the mud/water all day during this race so I cannot comment on the moisture wicking properties of the sock. But because of the way they perform I will always wear these during any race, wet or dry. I've worn them in a few other obstacle mud runs and they performed just as well as the first time. Highly recommended product.Note: My friends and I were all in really similar shape athletically when we ran this race. They also stretched a lot more before the race than I did, (I've never been a big stretcher pre-workout). I can't say for sure that this is the reason my legs weren't sore or did not cramp. I also finished the race faster than they did so I was definitely working harder.
