So, having both available, I can say that I managed to find a difference only in the design of the cappuccinatore. In this, in my opinion, he is a little more stylish. There are no other differences, except for the price. For information - ECAM 23.450 has brewed 19500 (statistics menu) cups of coffee (and continues to brew)
Well, a couple of tips for cappuccino lovers:
It is better to use cold (from the refrigerator) low-fat 1.5% UHT milk.
