Seems like the real deal
I have used high quality rescue equipment in the past, including locking screwgate carabiners like this, although I am not familiar with this brand. This product seems to be of high quality and should work well for my purpose of securing my fall-arrest harness to the tree while deer hunting from a ladder stand. Short of actually lab testing these, I can’t guarantee they will hold up in a real world fall, but these look like the real deal.
- These work nice and would recommend
- The screwgate locking mechanism can be difficult to use when wearing gloves or in cold weather conditions
