Threads were coming loose and apart toward end of first trip. Only a 3 day weekend.The bag stood out couldn’t lose it! Fit perfectly for United under your seat. Not much good for most other airlines. Lots of room for a small looking bag and plenty of zippered compartments. Remember where you put things. Especially if you’ll need them in a hurry when you land. Otherwise great for the money and someone who goes UA Basic Economy. Shoulder strap nice extra.
