I clicked on the wrong item and gave a review of another item instead of this item. So, here is my review of the single outlet air switch.This air switch works as advertised and we intended to used it until our electrician talked to us if we want to use a disposal in addition to an instahot. One choice is to wire two dedicated circuits, one for the instahot (required by code) and an additional circuit for the disposal. With the first choice we could use this switch, but it would add cost to our remodel and require a second circuit.The second choice was to use a more expensive two plug in air switch. With each press of the button, each plug in changes state. So, the instahot can be on a plug in that is on, except when the disposal is running. Press the air switch again and the disposal turns off and the instahot turns back on.The only downside of this type of air switch is the cost, almost double.UPDATE: Ended up getting the more expensive switch because it became crowded under the sink and a second outlet was not possible. So I got a dual outlet air switch, plugged the disposal into one outlet and the InstaHot in the other outlet. More money, but it reduced the mount of clutter and cable routing under sink.
