Pros: cute, feels sturdy, encloses the entire phone, sound is not too distorted, maybe slightly less loud, had no problem with callsCons: the fingerprint sensor is a circle sticker that actually stays visible on the screen, like other reviews mentioned, which is unsightly. I don’t use the fingerprint password so I just took it off. Also the screen protector which is really just like a plastic layer in the case, doesn’t fit super closely on the screen and so when you type it does have a slight sound of tapping the plastic onto your actual phone screen. Its not too annoying for me and I can live with it but it might be annoying for some. Another thing is that since the front and back are clear and also plastic, it leaves a lot of fingerprints. I just wipe the whole case with some alcohol usually when it gets too fingerprintey (should clean your phone/case anyway since they collect dirt).Overall i still love this case and gives it 5 stars.Some tips: Dont be too afraid to put a little force when trying to put on the case or taking it off. You have to push kind of hard around the edges to get it to snap on. And I actually took it off as well a few times because i did the waterproof test and also got some dust inside the front and wanted to clean it off and taking it off really was a pain. What helps is just peeling off one small section and use a coin to run through the whole edge around the entire phone and then peeling it off. And also if you happen to get lint inside the case or peel off the finger print sticker like me and it leaves a little like glue stuck that you can’t get out, I find using like a wet glasses cleaning wipe very effective in cleaning the inside part of the plastic protector.
