I have been plagued with what feels like a stiff neck for over 6 months. It started with a powerful muscle spasm. Like most guys I've been ignoring it but finally the constant ache started to get to me. I started deep tissue massage and that seemed to help. I bought the Megawise 3600 RPM deep tissue massager to supplement my self-massage and got more improvement. I bought this to see if it would help as well. If you are into EMS - this device definitely works. It is easy to use and the battery lasts a long time. I use it for 20 minutes a day while sitting at my desk working. I can't honestly say it is helping because I am doing other things as well namely self-massage both by hand and with the deep tissue massager. My neck pain is definitely improving so go for it if EMS is your thing. It is well made, powerful, and does what it says.UPDATED from 4 to 5 star. Very impressed with battery life and more certain that this is contributing to the improvements in my neck.
