It’s ok — I may have received a defective one but after assembling per instructions it didn’t do what I needed it to do and the shelves don’t roll. The arm was bent and the lines either aren’t the same or the caps aren’t. I’m going to keep it because I NEED a closet, but if my budget allowed for me to just get the closet redone I’d return this immediately. Pro’s - if your set is done correctly, it will do what you need. Good size. Con’s - if your set is off slightly, it’s off entirely. If you have floor length gowns or jumpsuits the center will be too short. LOTS OF PACKAGING TRASH, packaged with cable ties which takes forever to remove, you have to take the whole thing apart to reconfigure it… and when you do that the warranty is voided.- Feels flimsy- Some of my pieces had rust inside- You will have to constantly adjust the clips- Metal rods constantly clank hangers- shelves don’t workI’m very good at assembling things and this took me 2 hours; 45 minutes of which I spent cutting open packaging and discarding the trash. I really dislike this purchase but will use it until I can get custom closets finished.
