UPDATE: We have been contacted by the seller's customer service department and have received the necessary replacement parts/pieces and have corrected our issues so far. The customer service department was very responsive and easy to work with. The product itself though needs to be re-designed with higher quality parts. The chairs are still very nice looking, however, if they don't have quality parts, then they aren't worth it.The tables were a little difficult to assemble, but overall look great. The chairs on the other hand have given us problems. They are very nice looking chairs, however, they need work on the quality of the product itself. The swivel pieces began loosing ball bearings within the first day or two of use, and the small metal piece on the crossbar of the leg assembly broke off after a few weeks. I will also mention that with the current build of these chairs, the appropriate weight capacity should not exceed 200-250lbs. With all of this though, the seller has been extremely helpful and has a plan in place to have our parts/pieces replaced.
