You can't sell toothbrushes for 20k (!) and treat the components so negligently. And the most interesting thing is that these accessories are not covered by the warranty, apparently the manufacturer understands that the charger is doing very badly, and therefore does not guarantee its correct operation. It should be a shame, given how large a manufacturer Philips is. If I were not in 2022, I would not be too lazy and sue for such negligence and exposing clients to danger.
