When it first came in the mail and I was trying to get it to thicken up I was thinking I didn’t like it. You have to watch the video of how to get it to picking up in separate the foam . At first I put it in the bag way too early so the bag looks really thin and not comfortable so I was going to return it. I gave it about five more hours and eventually puffed up it’s really comfortable to sit in and my son loves it. I do think that this product should only be about $250 but overall I really like it. Just give it time to expand make sure that you take it out and leave it out for a minute and separate the foam pieces inside.
