as a result OF using this product on my pup`s paws I found that the cracks and dryness disappeared quickly. This balm is a lifesaver during the winter when my dog's paws suffer the most. It's easy to apply and has a pleasant aroma. The balm is also antibacterial which gives me peace of mind knowing that my dog's paws are free from harmful bacteria. In terms of cons, the price is slightly higher than some other pet supplies on the market. Regardless, I would highly recommend this product to any dog owner....
