Waste of Money, Frustrating Experience

I purchased this TV hoping for a great viewing experience but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. Electronics should be user-friendly but through trial and error, I found that the settings were difficult to navigate .The only pro is that the picture quality IS decent. However, the cons greatly outweigh the pros. The TV constantly glitches and requires frequent restarts. The built-in Alexa is unreliable and often misunderstands commands. Overall, I would not recommend this TV to anyone..
