order arrived a lot sooner than expected. ordered Feb. 28th,was supposed to be delivered march 11th. arrived march 4th. assembled march 6th. took about 2.5 hours by myself. directions were fairly clear except for some of the hardware placement. I used exactly every bolt ,nut and washer. would be easier with two people, but can definitely be done with one. I did separate hardware and components first. that took about 40 minutes. once assembled, my whole family absolutely loves it. there are so many exercises that can be done with this system. I am 56 years old and am looking so forward to using this and getting into better shape and staying with it. don't hesitate to buy this system ! you wont be sorry. we have a 300 pound Olympic weight set we use with it and it supports the weight with no problem.
