this shim is just what we needed for our industrial manufacturing process. The thickness is just right and its very sturdy. It has also held up well under high pressure and weight loads... The only downside is that it can be a bit difficult to install due to its solid construction. Overall a great product in the Industrial and Scientific category that we would highly recommend..
