When wearing this shoe, you will feel every crack or small rock so I do not run with it; however, when I go for walks with my dog, it is mildly comfortable since I can still feel small uneven cracks and rocks. I find it best to use these as my indoor shoes because they are very light and fit well. They are not so good a value as I will not buy them again when they wear out.
