Simply, it’s the premium edition of Muscle milk. I love the taste of it, it’s the best! and, also, importantly, it doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste! This 5lb supply is good for upto 3 weeks, if you use 1 1/2 scoop of it on a daily basis. My suggestion is to get the vanilla bean flavor and add Dutch cocoa, cocoa nibs and a piece of dark chocolate for a fudge shake. Try adding dates, oat, shredded coconuts, berries, almonds, chia seeds, mint extracts for fun flavors. Practically, u can make any ice cream flavor! I’m always re-ordering every 2 weeks.
