Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, i can say that these bearings are some of the smoothest and long-lasting ones that I have come across. The added shield provides an extra layer of protection against dirt and grime, making them even more durable. The only drawback is that they may be a bit pricier than some other options on the market, but in my opinion, the quality more than makes up for it....
