This product is made in China, so I was expected it to run a little small and buy a size bigger than what I usually wear.I am 190lb, 5'10", I usually wear a 36 jeans because it gave me some room to run, and 34 business pants for tighter fit.I order a size 36 from amazon and it fits like 34, it has enough room to allow to run/exercise and it fits very well. Will buy 2 more pairs for work.
