Beautiful frame but missing a crucial part!

I ordered 2 of these frames back in Sept 2021. Due to the pancemic (I work in an ICU) I haven't had time to mount. One frame went up perfectly - takes some effort bu the floating frame is professional and gorgeous. The second fram is missing one of the standoff mounts! I hope that ebay or Niubee can provide me with this spare part - it is frustrating and we have already made the holes anbd partially mounted the certificate! Thank you.
