The 10 lb. pair weights are good, but 20 lb. pair are too long.
I love the weights and the 10 lb. pair is good and easy to use, and not too long, but the 20 lb. pair is too long for my legs and hard to tighten up. But they are good quality weights.
- This is easy to get on and off and it’s comfortable. Can tighten enough. The little bags work easily.
- May not be suitable for certain exercises
