Versatile portable exercise equipment

I had written a review previously but don’t see it. This item is exactly as described and was delivered quickly. It’s great for people who want to exercise in the safety and privacy of their own home. I am using the figure 8 band to help with my frozen shoulder.

Overall really nice and handy! Wish the bands were more resistant but other than that I like it.

Requires extra time and effort to set up for workouts
