If you're looking to maintain step goals or running during harsh winters or even with the quarantines of the pandemic yet you live in a small apartment - then this is a really great treadmill. I am 5'11 @ 145lbs and I did a lot of research on this to fit my needs during the pandemic. I am tall with wide steps but the treadmill is exactly what I need to continue my movement economically while working remotely (and while gyms being closed). I'm able to maintain my fitness goal with this machine but it's mostly capable of just that. This machine is for people who are in fitness, not looking to start doing fitness.
