Red is a cool red - yeah! I weigh142 lbs and I'm 5'7" with a 34D bra size. My large shirt fits like a size 12, which is what I need. The chest area buttons do not gape open. The shirt does not fit me tight, but it is a flattering fit. I have a long torso, so I will hang dry this shirt. If you are normally a size 14, size large should work for you IF you have up to a B cup and want a snugger fit. Women with larger chests and larger upper arms better order a size XL.
