As a fair skinned redhead, keeping my face and eyes shaded from the sun even while out enjoying beach time with my kids is an absolute must.However at 22.6" I often find it difficult to find hats that fit without making me feel like I'm caught in some sort of infernal vice grip. I'm neurotic about reading reviews on products I order online so I took great delight in reading and some of the reviews complaining the hat was too large. I thought this is it! I'm in luck!Alas, I was sadly disappointed and this hat is quite average in size.just like all the rest of the hats I've ever bought. I could get away with wearing it but I'd end up with a nasty headache before too long. So I'm returning it and continuing my search for the perfect shade hat that is equal parts form and function.
