MOSISO's products and team rock. In light of the pandemic, the product was delivered on-time. A word to the wise, if your package reports as delivered via Ebay, but you did not receive it please give it 1 to 2 days before reporting it as undelivered (or giving a negative review) to the seller - that was my initial mistake. Another error on my end was ordering a cover for a MacBook Pro versus an Air, so make sure to pay attention to the features because the cover is not universal. Despite my mistakes, the MOSISO team was awesome, prompt and supportive in handling my concerns. "Ms. J." made sure my order was resolved quickly by asking the right questions and providing me with the accurate product for my Air. As a result, I did not make any exchanges or experience any delays with my replacement product due to current situation.As for the product, I adore the color (rose) and soft texture of silicone keyboard cover. Note, the rose matches Mac's rose gold products. In terms of the fit and measurement, it perfect and subtle. Also, the cover stays in place and water resistant. As a result, I am extremely happy with MOSISO!
