I was looking for a fire pit for the deck space off my bedroom . I had a budget yet also had a certain size I needed. I came across this fire pit and I am VERY happy! I had low expectations as my price range was limited and most fire pits in that range looked cheaply made. This fire pit works like a dream and it compliments my space beautifully. The color could be a little more brown making the painted metal (fiberglass?) look more wood like, but it’s a minor thing. The neutral tone fits my decor so all is wellThe fire pit comes with a cover, which a lot of the ones I looked up didn’t. They also have a small bottle of touch up paint. How cool. I added extra fire rock as what they provided wasn’t quite enough, but nice it was provided anyway.I recently had an issue with the flame height adjusting. Turns out it was on MY end as I kinked the hose. (Rookie mistake). I wrote customer service and they replied with I the hour and also followed up the next day trying to help me trouble shoot. Very good customer service! I highly recommended this fire pit. It’s beautiful.
