This might be a great product for some but I am disappointed that this did not fit my MacBook A2159, as the description says it should. This is my first MacBook so I thought maybe I’m just not as smart as I think I am, because I seriously couldn’t understand why the top portion wouldn’t stay on. So I took both the MacBook and this case to work to have someone from the MacBook gang put it on for me. More than one of them tried; all attempts ended the same way. It simply doesn’t fit . the top cover would not stay on, plus the cutout is off-centered. Luckily returns are easy, so back in the box and to UPS it goes. I bought a different case for half the price and it fits like a charm. I was so smitten with the fit and look that I ordered another case in a different color.
