Perfect. 11 " lip to lip unlike others that are 9 " and too small
I had ordered other "9 inch" pie pans.what they don't tell you is that they are 9" across at the lip. Aka they don't even hold a full pie recipe!So I ordered these and they were perfect. 11" total across at the lip. Holds your recipe and holds it sturdy. No worry or folding in half. They even sent a couple of extra in case any were damaged in shipping.
