I have had these cases on my couch throw pillows for 7 months now and I am definitely impressed. The zipper isn't so obnoxious that it causes problems, and it's definitely not noticeable. These pillows hold up to washing incredibly well, as I have washed them several times with various stains on them. The color is SUPER bright! and the patterns are rather vivid. I have not noticed any bleeding of the color through washes. I love these cases, but have thought they may be a little too loud for my living room. Excellent value at 6 cases for $24, and the material is not rough at all. Very comfortable for every day use and will hold their own against children. Definitely recommend!
