Our delivery arrived with some contents damage because the box was damaged during transit. Even though this was out of their control, the Superjare was quick in responding and extremely professional and kind. We were on a tight deadline with our project build for our customers and Superjare help pay for a local contractor to replace some of the damaged braces and immediately sent us the screws that we needed to mount the selves.
