I like the idea and concept of this light. The materials, workmanship, and idea is very nice. However, you must have wifi to connect and use the light properly which I do not. Even with hotspot or direct wifi from phone or hotspot I couldn't get it to connect properly, it's like it needs a seperate wifi source to be able to connect instead of the one the phone is using. I tried even connecting in bluetooth mode etc. to no avail. It will however once wired up, work with the bright white lights, but flashes for about 30 seconds to a minute before lighting steady (I believe it's searching for the connection still from default). I think that is a major flaw in design and just super inconvenient. I don't see any reason why this shouldnt work once wired up out if the box with the included seperate remote. that is just silly to me. However, one of these days when I have a friend over with a seperate hotspot source or I get wifi at home, I'll come back and update this review because I'm sure with wifi it'd be worth a 5 star rating, it seems like it'll be a nice light. The adjustable angles for each of the 4 spotlights is nice (although not 360* adjustable - there is enough adjustment to be adequate).
