The parts to this book case arrived well packaged. It took me about 5 minutes to catch on to how to assemble the book case; once I did it all came together in 1/2 an hour - and I had no problem doing the assembly alone. I have never owned a piece of furniture that I so adore. The colors of grey and black are very appealing. The book case is small, but is the perfect size to hold a nice little selection of books on the middle shelf and maybe a plant on top. I have a basket of some things I'm storing on the bottom shelf. Sturdy and truly an asset to my home. I hope these book cases come back in stock, because I'd purchase another one.
