Wow. at first I was disappointed by the sound (not loud enough). but in the end CUSTOMER SERVICE trumped all my issues. you simply have to give this company a chance. They responded to EVERY email, they absolutely WILL make it right. it has been so long since I experienced quality customer service i almost forgot how that works. lol.Buy from them. you will NOT be disappointed.!
