Works great with the Cisco IP Phone 7945. People that I'm talking to say I'm very clear sounding, and I use it in a noisy environment. The quick connect is great too so you don't have to constantly pull the cord out of the phone.I was worried the cheaper headset would not work as well at the 100+ dollar versions but this have been great so far. Comfortable and the mic swings 180 so you can use either ear. Seems well built and in 3 months had no issues thus far.No need for an amplifier with this either, the 7945 phone has great sound just plugged straight in.
